Email is still the best way to communicate with us. If you have visited Costa Rica you know that almost every property is for sale, but beware and investigate whether there is a Registered Plano and Escritura (title). Is there water and power available? If power lines are at the property line but not connected, you must purchase a transformer and apply with I.C.E. (Power & communications Co.) to get connected. We are here to assist you!

Whether you want to purchase a vacation home or relocate, all you have to do is contact us. We have lived here going on 7 years and have some first hand information!

In addition to Real Estate, we are dedicated to restoring the Land and encouraging others to do the same. On our own 27 acres, Finca Los Arboles, we have planted over 2,500 trees, mostly from seed, including local hardwoods, fruit, and Jatropha, an oil producing tree that can be used to power diesel engines. We have already begun the process for our own farm and of course we can always use new ideas. We accept volunteers to work on the farm and provide sleeping accommodations and cooking facilities. We have an outdoor flush toilet and a solar heated shower. We now have our 2.1 KW PV Solar Array connected to the grid so during the day, our electric meter runs backwards, pumping power into the grid.
